Registration

Please fill out Registration Form completely and click “Submit” button.  Students will be required to complete an additional Student Contract before the first class.  Valid photo identification  must be presented at signing of contract.  Applicants should read the “Screening Questions” , “School/Tuition Policies”, and “Privacy Statement” pages before registering.

Confirmation of registration acceptance will be e-mailed to address given on form within 48 hours.
